Yummy Claire , lucky you. We did not get any cherries this year. However, there will be plenty of plums, greengages and apricots if there are no more storms to blow them off. lol Phew hot today, just trying to get pool water right and it is being difficult. xx
Oh my those do look good! It's getting to be cherry time in WI also. We don't grow them locally but they come in from the Green Bay side of the state for us to enjoy! Hope all is well with you. Hugs, Finn

Yummmmmm. Those look like homegrown cherries. Am I right? I am not a fan of cherries, but I have never had them freshly picked.
Happy WW from Sara @ the Mostly Wordless Wednesday H.Q.!

OH YUM!!! We had cherry tree out in our backyard when I was growing up...we would stand there eating cherries and spitting seeds at each other!!
It's a good thing I am eating lunch, as those would make me very hungry.

Yummmm :- )
Local cherries are in at our food co-op too but so far I have managed to resist the urge. Too many will do bad things to me.
Mmmmm cherries! My inlaws used to have cherry trees that we used to raid every year but they have since been cut down. I miss that summer activity.
lovely photo...they look perfect for enjoying too
