A New Addition to the Family

She's over 20 years old.  She's in really good condition and she's just perfect!

This is the first machine I've owned where I can adjust the needle.  Cool!

Her feed dogs drop and she came with the special foot.

I ought to mention that I can use a machine.  It's just that the machine(s) are upstairs.  MSR (My Sewing Room) is laid out so I have to get up and walk to the cutting table and ironing board. Not such a good idea at the moment!

I think I'll just practise FMQ until the plaster cast comes off.

More soon.

Great idea about practicing FMQ! You'll be a pro by the time that cast comes off! Have fun!

This looks like it will work out swell for you - glad you were able to adopt it and bring it into your family.

Is that your kitchen in the background? Would be fun for us in the US to see what a French kitchen looks like!

Hugs,
June
