I love this photo of the sunflowers.....Mr. Brown Dirt grows acres and acres of these as some of his crops....some are for birdfeed and some are for the seeds like WE would eat...they are
very beautiful!!

Sunflowers make me think of warm summer days! I used to live in South Dakota, and they grew lots of sunflowers there. Do you know that these flowers follow the sun across the sky? In the morning all the flowers are facing east, and in the afternoon they face west. It's amazing how a plant can do that!

Thanks for the reminder that spring is on the way. It was above freezing here today for the first time in weeks. And we got to see blue sky, too!

You visited my blog, now I'm visiting yours! I love your quilts, and also your pictures of France. The snowy landscape from Sunday reminds me of upstate New York, where I grew up.

Oh Clare, cant wait for the sunshine and the flowers to start coming out. Am counting down until the chasse stops thats my first stepping stone. lol
