Aunt's quilt has been basted and backed and I'm in the process of quilting it.

Well you got them all to fit in Clare. Looks good. I can't remember who will have this quilt when it is finished?

IT turned out really well. It looks fine without the ands or + signs. How will you quilt it now?

This looks great Clare - well done. As for food warnings on Tonya's blog cheval was the least of our worries in Dunkerque - in the fridge cabinets in Auchan we found pigs ears, cows tongues and whole rabbits heads intact except the skin - now compared with that horse meat sounds almost palatable!

Oh and pigs tails still with a good portion of the pigs derriere attached - yeeuuuuuch!!

These wordy quilts are popular now aren't they! Looks great, inspiring me to try something like that! :)

Thanks for your comment on my blog too - I'm all over the board when it comes to quilting. I love traditional quilts and then I love more modern really bright wacky stuff too. :)
