and it's quite possible I'm going to get addicted.
I've started geocaching.
It's all Julie and Pippa's fault, and now that the warmer weather is here I'd rather be outside than in.
I found my first cache on Friday in our sleepy local town.
No not these, but the cache was hidden in the same tree.
There are quite a few round here. A lot more than I thought. So if you don't hear from me for sometime you'll know what I'll be doing.
More soon.

I can totally understand! Have fun geocaching.
My BIL love geocaching...it does sound like fun!
Think this looks good - will have to give it a try !........Luv AJ
I understand it is so much fun, you can find yourself traveling afar just to discover the next cache! And by the way, we have tons of those bugs here but they are more muted. We call them lovebugs or maple bugs. We don't have any maple trees so where the name came from, I don't know!
Enjoy!
ohhh well done :) did u get anything/leave anything ??
Several of my very best real life quilter friends who used to have really great blogs went over and into geo-caching and that was it for them. I think creative people need lots of outlets and getting outdoors after years of sitting in chairs is wonderful. Gardners and people who are talented on the left side of their brain seem super good at it..so know wonder you're having fun!
Geocaching is such a blast!! Have fun with the new hobby!!
...because you needed another hobby? Great photo, btw.
Sounds like fun! See you in the autumn. *wink* hee hee!
