Happy New Year

and to celebrate I'm making a blackcurrant fool.

You know when you put all the ingredients into the blender and you get the most amazing swirl of colours?  Well that's what I'm trying to achieve with this.

Anyone got any resolutions?  Mine?  To reply to all comments, starting with any comments left on this post LOL.

Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year and are slowly but surely coming back down to earth.

We woke up to the most amazing frost this morning and the forecast for the coming week is lovely cold, clear days.  Great for taking photos.

Happy New Year to you too Clare, what vibrant colours you're using, I look forward to seeing the end product. We're forecast very cold weather too and hopefully some sunshine. Great for getting out and about.

Great color choice. All my replies to comments for the last two days have bounced back. I think it must be a blogger problem as my other mail went through. All that work for nothing...Hope you have better luck.

Pretty! I should have gone shopping with you -- the paper in our bedroom is lilac, and that would match FAR better than the bed linens I have!

It's cold and snowing like mad here in the 77...this is NOT what I had in mind when I left Florida! But it IS pretty...and I really needed to learn how to drive in the ice and snow (not so much).

Hope all's well with you...my resolution is to write a blog to keep everyone up to date with what we're doing now that we're in France. (ha.)

Luscious colours - and what a great idea for a New Year's Resolution - I'm terrible about replying to comments - in fact, I think I might pinch the idea!

Happy New Year to you too! Love the title for your new work :- )
I've never done resolutions per se, but I do have a few goals for the year. I wrote about them at the bottom of today's post on my blog.
